UMA ubuka ukuvuthwa nokuthuthuka kwezabasebenzi, izinyunyana nezinhlangano zabaqashi, kanjalo nezinga lomthetho omayelana nalokhu, akufanele ngabe kusenendida mayelana nokumelwa emacaleni aqulwa yizinkundla zamacala ezabasebenzi. Kusenokungabaza nokungazi ukuthi ubani onelungelo lokumela abamangali nabamangalelwa ezinkundleni ezinjengeCCMA kunye neMikhandlu Yezimboni.
